SALON POLICY WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT ON ALL TREATMENTS BOOKED

ONLINE BOOKING

We require a 50% deposit for every new treatment booked at Serenity Holistic & Beauty. 

This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 24 hours for your appointment.

 All deposits will be used as part payment towards your final bill.

 Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all guests.

 If we don’t receive 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable.

 We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY: 

Please arrive in good time for your treatment as a consultation may be required. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed.  

DATE PROTECTION

The information you share with us during your booking or consultation, is kept private and only used for the sole purpose of contact and treatment needs. We will not share your information or use it for any other purpose without prior consent. 

*Please make sure any patch test is done for eyelash/eyebrow 24hrs before you treatment, and 48hrs for lash lifts.

Under no circumstances will refunds be given. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the outcome of your treatment you will need to inform me before leaving the salon, fix or remove.

If you are more then 15mins late this will result in your appointment being cancelled and the 50% charge will apply.

* Gift Vouchers purchase through text only and the amount you want to spend with details and those who have Gift Vouchers given to you by loved ones,
