COVID-19 SALON GUIDELINES

If you have ANY symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come into the salon.


You will not be charged if you cancel your appointment for this reason but please give us as much notice as possible.


We will ask you if you are experiencing any symptoms before you enter the salon.


When you arrive at the salon please park and wait in your car to avoid congestion in the reception area until your appointed time. 


There will be no waiting area so you will not be permitted to enter the salon until your therapist  is ready to see you, your therapist will come and welcome you into the salon when it is safe to do so.

Our therapist will be wearing PPE in accordance with the government guidelines.


All hygiene routines have been increased and all products and equipment is thoroughly sterilized between each visit and throughout the day. 


You will be asked to wash your hands on arrival and wear a face covering for the duration of your treatment (except facial treatments).


For your comfort please bring your own face covering or mask. We will have masks available for you to wear if required.


Please come to the salon for your treatment alone so we can adhere to strict social distancing rules.


We can no longer offer treatments for clients who would like to be in the same treatment room as a friend or family member.


If you or a member of your immediate household are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 then you will not be permitted onto the premises. 

We reserve the right to turn away any client showing symptoms and your deposit will be non-refundable. This is paramount for the safety of our staff and guests and take this matter very seriously.

Please do not bring any coats, bags or belongings into the salon that are not essential.


We wont be able to offer any magazines or refreshments other than bottled water so if you’d like any other beverage you are welcome to bring it with you and take it away at the end of your visit.


We prefer card payments please, but we will accept cash.


Please bear with us if we need to change an appointment you have made with us.



We promise we will do our absolute best to make your visit with us as relaxing, luxurious and pampering as possible.
